Summary: Alex was extremely attentive. The condo was spotless. He was attentive and set up fans to help cool the bedrooms as the condo has one window unit AC and it was unable to cool all rooms, given we were in a very hot July in Boulder. He delivered chairs for the ground floor patio, small trash bins for bedrooms and bathrooms, blackout curtains, and came over ASAP to troubleshoot the internet connection. The assigned parking space was appreciated. The mail and trash area is steps from the condo. I loved being on the ground floor. The pool was pretty and many people enjoyed it into the evening hours. Thx, Alex! I loved watching the dogs and their guardian play in the dog park steps away from the condo. I am OBSESSED with the doggie wash station- my dogs enjoyed getting their shower every day to help them be clean and cool. The residents in this condo are outstanding- mostly young adults starting their adult lives - so fun to remember what that was like. One night there was actually a Beer Pong game going on in the pool gazebo area. Not loud- just fun with joyful energy. I met so many nice, open, friendly people. Thanks Alex!
