Summary: This place definitely needs a DEEP cleaning and a lot of repairs. I reached out to our contact twice during our stay to let her know about the issues and never received a response. The dishwasher doesn’t work. Something is wrong with the master toilet (you have to jiggle the handle a few times, wait a few minutes then it’ll flush). Folded dirty kitchen towels. I had to hand wash previous guests dirty dishes due to dishwasher not working. Tubs and toilets were disgusting. Porch trash bin wasn’t emptied from previous guests and when I emptied it someone’s spit out chewing tobacco went everywhere. Master bed has a giant lump in the middle of the mattress. Pretty sure the neighbor smokes inside and it makes the master room smell like cigarettes. This place was just nasty and grimy. I do not like to complain but if someone would’ve told me all of this before we stayed here I would’ve definitely used my money on a cleaner and nicer place. The actual condo community was nice and the amenities were great. You definitely get the feeling the “owners” that live there do not like the renters. We had friends staying in a condo down from ours in the same community and their’s was very updated and clean. Also, the gate issue was annoying. We only received 1 card and without that card you have to wait for another car to let you in. The check in instructions for gate access are not updated to the gate system they have now.
