Safe, family neighborhood with ample free street parking.
This 1200 sq. ft. guest home is perfect for families remodeling, relocating or visiting the area for an extended stay. It is located on a beautiful tree-lined street with all single-family homes. The neighborhood features a golf course, country club, bikepath, lots of people walking dogs and two parks within walking distance. The guesthome is attached to a large almost 4,000 sq. ft residence.
You will enter through your own private entrance in the backyard and have exclusive use of the middle level which is closed off from the rest of the house and features 2 European-style attached bedrooms, 1-1/2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), walk-in closet, fully-stocked kitchen with microwave, full-sized refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, and a huge park-like backyard that your pets will absolutely love (double gated for pet safety).
3 separate workspaces (1 in livingroom, 1 in bedroom, 1 on patio) so several people can work (even do Zoom calls) without disturbing the others. High speed WiFi with 569 Mbps download and 29 Mbps upload.
The Master Bedroom has a Queen bed, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom.
The 2nd bedroom has a Full bed with workspace.
There is also a twin bed in the living room area with a privacy screen as well as a twin air bed that can be placed in whichever room you desire.
Guests have full, exclusive use of the middle level of the house (which is on the same level as the backyard) as well as full access to the shared backyard. Guests will also have access to the laundry room in the garage. There is ample free unrestricted street parking and finding a spot in front of the house is rarely a problem.
