Only 10 min. from the lively downtown Milledgeville and only 15 min. from all major retailers.. There is an awesome boathouse on a private cove with expansive million dollar views.. there is plenty of space for kids to jump and swim right off the dock in the deep water and excellent fishing ! On the dock you can get shade under the covered eating area or layout in the sun. There is a place to put in your boat one cove over which is very convenient.
