Positive: Great updated, neat & clean apartment, excellent location, beautiful view.
Negative: Unannounced interruptions. Showing up to show the apartment because it was for sale which we didn't know, pest control coming to spray the apartment & coming to repair a window. All should have been done while the apartment is unoccupied or at least calling the occupants to see if it's okay not just come unannounced.
