Positive: The apartment was spacious, secure, neat, and clean, and was located near beaches, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.
Negative: The bathroom had a strong sewer gas smell coming up through the pipes that bothered us quite a bit during the entire stay. The apartment is located in a densely populated area, with several other residential buildings and a set of train tracks close by. Parking was a bit of a challenge most of the time.
