Positive: The location was great for walking around in downtown Charlottetown. Close to Confederation Centre of the Arts and the waterfront.
Negative: For a B&B there was no inside common room. We were lucky the weather was fair so we could sit outside.
Summary: We had a great stay in Charlottetown.
