SUNNY DELIGHT 2... Stylish & updated beach home that was a pleasure to renovate & design with the beach traveler in mind. Large, fenced-in patio, 3 blocks (.2 miles) from the beach. East side of A1A, beach side. Plenty of parking, 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, blow up mattress, 1 bathroom.
Wagon w/all the gear (coolers, boogie boards, bikes, etc) to get to the beach w/easy garage access. Grill out at home or go out, we are approx 1 mi to Cocoa Beach Pier, 1 mi to Port Canaveral, get out & explore!
Large outdoor dining and seating, oversized umbrella & gravity chairs. Grill for grillin' with all the utensils. Large, brand new washer & dryer. So many things to do, so little time to do it all, or just come to unwind!
Park in driveway in front of house. Additional parking on grass in front of gate, no street parking or you will be towed.
We ensure your property is enhanced cleaned, safe and ready for your stay. I am available when needed during the day, I teach at night, however, will call you asap when I am done. We give you the beach home during your stay and allow you the privacy. I won't enter unless you are notified.
