This immaculate 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom estate is accessible by boat, seaplane or helicopter and is one of only a handful of homes nestled in the sacred Muogamarra Nature Reserve - home to 900 species of plants, historical relics, waterfalls and mangrove swampland. Believed to mean 'to preserve for the future' in the local Awabakal language, this is a secret and special part of not just NSW, but the world.The location on Berowra Creek, a tributary of the Hawkesbury River, has been important to indigenous people for thousands of years.
At Sunny Corner, watch the days melt away from the verandah, take in the views on a bushwalk, or kayak along the picturesque Hawkesbury River. A dinghy is available for guest use and should you be arriving by boat, our private jetty is available for you to use also.

This is a destination that offers a super relaxed atmosphere with wall-to-wall glass frontage & breathtaking views. A weekender with oodles of places to stretch out, relax & take in the pristine views rain hail or shine
The kitchen is fitted out to suit the fussiest home cook with a gas burner cooktop and full-size electric oven, a hooded BBQ on the outdoor terrace, a dishwasher and a large fridge/freezer. There is plenty of kitchen workspace and then the bar counter opening presents views from the kitchen to the water
The rear lounge with open fire and smart TV is the cosiest spot to be after sunset on cooler nights
On warmer evenings the water's edge is a favourite sunset spot by the open fire pit, a simply superb place to look out at the vast southern sky while roasting marshmallows over the fire.
There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with one King plus an adjoining bathroom on the main level.
The first floor boasts a Master queen with glass doors through to a spectacular ensuite. The bathtub has a prime position fronting the 180-degree river and mountain views - perfect for a long lazy afternoon soak.
The third bedroom with a double, is also on the first level, with a private balcony offering wonderful views and adjoins the main bathroom.
