Travel Purpose: business
Positive: The location is spectacular. Right in front of the beach. The train station is also around 300-400m away by walk. The apartment is spacious, well equipped, comfortable, and clean. The beach is beautiful, clean and not crowded on week days.
Negative: The apartment is right above a restaurant that was very loud until 2 AM on the weekend. If you have kids, avoid staying here on the weekend - loud enough that my so could not sleep. The air conditioners are only in the bedrooms, so the living room/dining table/kitchen aren't air conditioned. Note that the trains to and from the nearby station run only once every 30 minutes, and were quite often delayed. It takes around 30-40 minutes to reach Barcelona.
