This unit (Unit B) is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, 1,050 sq ft condo sleeping up to 6 people in 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed. This unit boasts a fully equipped kitchen, strong WiFi, 3 Smart Roku TVs, private deck, in-unit laundry, covered parking and central AC/heat

Unit B is 1 of 3 units that we own in this building, so if you're looking to rent more than one condo please send us a message. This is the perfect vacation spot for those looking to enjoy all that "The Grand Strand" has to offer.
Property Features: 1,050 square feet, high-speed internet, smart TVs in living room and both bedrooms (no cable but ability to log into your streaming services), central heat/AC (new unit installed in April), private deck, fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances and cookware, drip coffee maker, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed, 2 bathrooms (1 with shower tub and 1 with stand up shower), in-unit laundry, clean linens, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided for all guests, kitchen table and covered garage parking (1 dedicate parking spot + 1 first-come-first served parking spot). This unit is located on the top floor (3rd level), up 2 sets of stairs, and is a single-level condo.
Parking rules: You may not have more than 2 vehicles. No motorcycles are allowed to park on premise. No trailers or RVs are allowed to park on premise. The association will tow anyone who breaks these parking rules at the expense of the vehicle owners.
Cleaning: Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).
Important: Beach chairs and beach towels are not provided. No smoking, vaping or drugs allowed. No pets allowed. No events, parties or large gatherings. Must be at least 25 years old to book. We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Minute is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!
