Ons fijne, zonnige appartement in Campoamor staat in een mooie, groene omgeving op loopafstand van het strand. Het heeft een fijn balkon met uitzicht op zee en een park van pijnbomen dat tussen het appartement en de zee ligt. Hier bevinden zich ook het zwembad, de tennisbaan en de doorgang voor de korte wandeling van ong 12 minuutjes onder de bomen door naar het strand waar zich ook restaurants, bars een haven enz. bevinden.
Rondom het appartementencomplex is voldoende gratis parkeerruimte.
Het heerlijke appartement heeft 3 slaapkamers. 2 kamers met een 2-persoonsbed en 1 kamer met 2 losse bedden. De ouderkamer heeft een ensuite badkamer. Daarnaast is er nog een luxe badkamer met douche en toilet. Er is een keuken met een ruime inventaris, magnetron, oven, koelkast, vriezer, senseo koffieapparaat en vaatwasser.
In het appartementencomplex bevinden zich 2 liften. In de directe omgeving van Campoamor bevinden zich spectaculaire golfbanen en daarom is dit gebied ook voor golfers een paradijs. Kies uit een van de volgende golfbanen, Campoamor, Las Colinas, Lo Romero, La Finca, Villa Martin en Las Ramblas. Fantastisch voor zomerzon en ideaal voor de winterzon op slechts enkele minuten van een van de beste stranden aan de kust. De prachtige stranden met blauwe vlag van Playa La Glea en Barranca Rubio liggen op loopafstand. Met douches, volleybal, klimrek, voetbal, bars en restaurants, gezinnen kunnen genieten van een volledige dag op deze mooie, veilige en schone stranden.
Ook voor degenen die van winkelen houden is er aanbod in overvloed. Zenia Boulevard ligt op 10 minuutjes rijden met de auto, Torrevieja is op 15 minuutjes rijden met de auto. In de omgeving zijn dagelijks markten te vinden. Een grote wekelijkse markt met prachtige verse producten, tassen, schoenen, kleding enz. is de markt in Torrevieja op vrijdag.

Summary: The apartment is very nice, large and new renovated. It is very clean and very bright with a sea view from balcony and dining room. We spent our 2 weeks with 5 persons (my wife and 3 children 16,13,10) and all enjoyed staying there very much. There is a dishwasher, which we appriciated very much. The apartment is very well equipped with towels, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, fans, air conditioner (no washing machine). The apartment is on the 6th floor. There are two elevators in the stairwell. 2 of bedrooms looking to the highway what made them a bit noisy at the nights. We did not use the air conditioner and left the windows opened so it was a little bit noisy but you can get used to that. For us it was not much disturbing. It takes approximately 12-15 minutes walk to the closest beach. The way to the beach is also very nice. You can reach also the second beach in approximately 20 minutes.We used the rent car and visited also many other beaches which were reachable by car in less than 10 minutes. It takes approximately also 15-17 Minutes walk to the next shop. Wi-Fi works well. There is a swimming pool approximately 60 m3 where you have access to any time you like. We even tested it at 1:00 at night and the pool was illuminated. You can also get a shadow places at the pool area. The host Marian is very friendly and helpful. We spent a great time in this apartment and would be glad to come here again. We heartily recommend this apartment to anyone. Thank you Marian!!!
