From sunrise to sunset, relaxation awaits throughout the open-concept living/dining space bathed in shades of sand and sea. Lounge on the large sectional sofa and take in the view of the Sound through floor-to-ceiling windows or escape to the private balcony with a good book for a little quiet time. A beautifully appointed kitchen offers tons of counter and cabinet space and everything needed to prepare mouthwatering meals. After days spent exploring gorgeous Navarre Beach, relaxation will be in order. A master suite and guest suite are located on the main floor, while a second guest suite upstairs features a double bed in a spacious loft. The master suite is a welcome retreat with a king-sized bed, built-in vanity/workspace, and an en suite bathroom sure to delight. Step onto the private balcony overlooking the pool and enjoy gorgeous sunrises and coastal breezes with your morning coffee. A full-sized washer and dryer, ping-pong table, two paddleboards, two adult bikes, and a metal detector are additional conveniences to make your stay even more enjoyable.
Relax by the pool, challenge your friends to a game of ping pong, or explore the stunning Navarre coastline via the paddle boards or bikes included in your stay. Pier: The pier is located behind the property on the Sound side and, while fishing is allowed, docking of any watercraft is not permitted.
Parking: Only three vehicles are allowed; one in the garage, one in the driveway and one in the designated parking spot. Vehicles will be towed at the owners expense if not in accordance.
