Welcome to our 2,657-square foot vacation rental home house featuring 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms as well as a large (25 feet x 11 feet) rectangular-shaped private pool. It is 3 blocks from our driveway to the white beach sand. The house is within an 8-house, fenced-in subdivision located on Sundance Court in Miramar Beach right by Pompano Joe's restaurant. Sungria's physical address for your GPS is 53 Sundance Ct. Miramar Beach, FL 32550. The nearest cross streets are Sundance Court & Payne Street in Miramar Beach. Sorry, NO PETS. No exceptions on this! The wall color will be a soothing gray shade (Sherwin Williams paint color #HGSW1465) called "contemporary grey." The bedroom floors are carpeted and all non-carpeted areas are a tan-ish tile that looks like wood when laid. Our granite in all the bathrooms and in the kitchen is called "white shores" and it contains shades of blacks, whites, and grays. Our cabinets in the kitchens and bathrooms will be a light grey color called "dove." Bedroom configuration: Floor 1 – Bdrm 1 – King (sleeps 2) Floor 2 – Bdrm 2 – King (sleeps 2) Floor 2 – Bdrm 3 – King (sleeps 2) Floor 2 – Bdrm 4 – King (sleeps 2) Floor 2 – Bdrm 5 – King (sleeps 2) Floor 3 – Bdrm 6 – King + Two Twin/Full Bunks, each with a pull-out twin trundle underneath the lower full-sized bunk bed (Sleeps 10) * We’ve got several sets of pack-n-plays and some bed railings available for toddlers/babies which you’re welcome to make use of during your stay. * All six bedrooms have KING beds AND private full bathrooms (with tubs!) within them. In the backyard you'll find the private, heated pool with lounge chairs perfect for soaking in the Destin sun in the private fenced in backyard. There are also patio tables (and patio chairs) and a gas grill to host memorable BBQs for your whole group. Indoors you can prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and all the cookware you could need during your stay.
