2 Bedroom Condo in Redington Shores

Welcome to Sunglasses & Sunsets located on the white sandy gulf beach of Redington Shores, Florida. We purchased this gorgeous condo in 2017. Everything was bought new, including our King size Serta iComfort mattress and Queen size Beautyrest pillow top . Three Samsung Tv's sized 55", 42" and 32" and free Wifi(100mbps). Kitchen is granite and baths have been completely renovated with granite and custom tile. No need to go to a laundromat as we have a front loading washer and dryer. After a day at the private heated pool and spa, or walking the beautiful beach that is just steps away, come relax on our balcony with views of the gulf. There are inter-coastal views from each bedroom and balcony. Master also has a walk out.
Trolley stop is right outside our building that you can ride from Clearwater to St. Pete. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance or a short Uber ride away. We are located 8 miles south of Clearwater and approximately 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport and even closer to St. Pete/Clearwater Airport.
Come relax and enjoy this gorgeous beach in our home. We want to share this magical place with you.

Summary: The owner had guaranteed us on Dec 12 that the pool pavers were coming and the fencing company would arrive the next week. He said the pool and hot tub would be running. When we arrived the pool & hot tub were not running and many other people at the San Remo said they would getting a rebate from their owners for lack of amenities. We contacted the owner & he said he would mail a rebate, but didn't specify how much. we would have rented elsewhere if we had of known the pool and hot tub were not operational.
