Sliding glass door, in the kitchen leads to a private concrete patio with grill. 2nd floor presents another living space with fireplace and TV and large wrap around sectional. Down the hall you'll find 2 more bedrooms (one has bunk beds) and bathroom with tub/shower combo, and a laundry room. On the 3rd floor you have the master suite and bathroom. Bathroom has shower and tub/shower combo. Across the hall is another bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Townhouse has tons of natural sunlight beaming in ALL day long.
