Parking in the main lot may be limited, especially after hours. Each one- and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

16 floors up, SunDestin Unit 1604 offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico below. A fully equipped, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances overlooks the living and dining areas with incredible natural light and expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico. There’s plenty of room for everyone in the common areas with a large dining room table for four and cozy seating in the living space. Step onto the balcony with seating for two to enjoy the best views of the sunrises and sunsets. Four guests can sleep comfortably in this one-bedroom condo with a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the living area. A flat screen TV is in both rooms so you can wind down after a day of enjoying the beach.
Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Summary: Pool was closed most of our stay due to construction/painting right above the pool area. The shower was horrible, had to finely adjust it for it to turn off, the knobs just kept spinning around and around. The water pressure from the shower head was terrible. I/we will not be renting that unit again... The girl in the gift shop didn't even greet us when we walked in, totally ignored us. This trip to the Sundestin was very disappointing. We had stayed here before and it was a much better experience than this trip. Our next trip to Destin we will find a new place to stay.
