Parking in the main lot may be limited, especially after hours. Each one- and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

This family-friendly condo features a newly renovated outdoor pool, a seasonally heated indoor pool, as well as an outdoor hot tub. Both the master bedroom and the guest bedroom boast relaxing spaces to unwind after an action-packed beach day, each with a mounted flat-screen television. The master bathroom features a walk-in shower for added convenience. The gorgeous, fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, ideal for making your favorite home-cooked meals. The dining table offers seating up to six guests and there are two additional bar stools by the kitchen breakfast bar. In the spacious living room, a flat-screen television with a DVD player and comfortable seating will be your family’s new relaxation spot for movie nights in, or after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach.
The balcony provides seating for four, ideal for sipping coffee while taking in the warm gulf breeze. This lovely two-bedroom vacation rental features cozy sleeping options for up to seven guests with a large king bed in the master bedroom, a double bed and twin bed in the guest bedroom, along with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. With picturesque views of the gorgeous beaches and a truly at-home atmosphere, SunDestin 601 is a vacationer’s paradise.
Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
