Sunday Morning, newly completed in 2016, is tucked away right beside Seaside in Old Seagrove Beach and only a two minute walk to the beach. This stunning 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home is ideal for your family getaway - beautifully decorated and spaciously designed to provide comfortable accommodations for everyone. The home has hardwood floors throughout and beautiful bathrooms all finished in Italian Carrera marble. This home comfortably sleeps up to 12 people in beds. Private heated pool and screened porches maximize your ability to enjoy the beautiful live oak tree shaded outdoors as well. Close enough to walk or bike to everything…beach, galleries, fine cuisine, markets, antiques, live theater, a family run book store, bike trails, outdoor bazaars, and coffee shops! First Floor: Enjoy the large front screened in porch with its swinging bed, two side chairs, outdoor dining table, fans and soaring ceiling. Upon entry to the home, you are greeted by an open and inviting living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has the most comfortable sofa and four side chairs framed around the wall mounted LED TV. Marble topped wet bar has sink, icemaker and mini-fridge for beverages. The round dining table seats eight plus three more at the large kitchen island bar. The elegant fully equipped kitchen has marble countertops, custom Pecky Cypress cabinetry and Viking stainless appliances including a French door fridge, gas range, dishwasher and microwave. The first of two master bedrooms has a king bed flanked by two bedside tables with lamps and LED TV. Private master bath has his / hers marble topped sinks and tub / shower with walk in closet and built in dresser. A large hall leads to a powder room and separate washer / dryer closet. The rear porch with private outdoor shower and heated pool can be accessed through the French doors off the master bedroom or through the hall from the living area. Second Floor: The second master suite with king bed, two bedside tables with lamps and LED TV. The private master bath has his / hers marble topped sinks with shower and walk in closet and built in dresser. This room has a French door leading to the screened side porch with seating for two and a comfortable swing. The third king bedroom suite has two bedside tables with lamps and LED TV. The private bath has marble topped sink, shower and closet. The fourth king bedroom has king bed, two bedside tables with lamps and LED TV. This bedroom has private access to the shared hall bath – this bath has 2 sinks, shower and a large closet. In the hallway you will find the adorable built-in twin bunk beds with sculpted staircase for access to the top bunks. A wall mounted TV and access to the shared bath complete this area. A second laundry room with frontloading washer and dryer is off the hall. Outside: Parking for 3 cars on the paved driveway with additional parking at front of home. Private heated pool is 9’x18’. Propane gas grill. The two screened porches make for excellent outdoor space.
