Positive: It is a nice, clean, new apartment in a secure condo tower complex with a cafe, minimart, laundry cleaners and restaurants. It has an excellent view of the historic Sunda Kelapa Harbor where the wooden Pinisi ships are still used for domestic marine commerce. It is also a short grab ride away from Dutch colonial Kota Tua and the fabulous but inexpensive Batavia Marina Restaurant and yacht club. The top of the condo tower has expansive views of the ocean, harbor and city. The hosts are helpful, informative and friendly. The apartment has a clothes drying rack which dries the clothes quickly on the back deck.
Negative: This new apartment currently does not have a hot water kettle or dishes.
Summary: New apt with great views of historic Sunda Kelapa Harbor, near Kota Tua, Batavia Marina Restaurant.
