Sun Villa Palm Island St. Vincent & the Grenadine Islands 4 Double Bedrooms This open plan villa has 4 double bedrooms, with mosquito nets over the twin beds which can be made into doubles. Two of the bedrooms face the beach, two face the tropical gardens to the rear. The bedrooms each have a private bathroom. This is the most spacious of the few beachfront villas sprinkled along Casuarina's surf. Footsteps from White Sandy Beach Guests can quite literally step out of their beds and almost straight into the ocean. At the front of the villa is a BBQ grill providing an ideal location to cook locally caught fresh fish . Verandah & Garden At the rear of the villa is a verandah and seating which is nestled among the mature native coconut palms and sea grape shrubs. Louvered Windows & Ceiling Fans The bedroom windows are louvered, designed therefore to usher in the cooling Caribbean Tradewinds. There are freestanding fans and mosquito nets over the beds. The large sliding french windows in the open plan living area provide natural air conditioning throughout. Modern, Open Plan Interior The Spacious villa has lots of comfortable seating and dining table and chairs for up to 10 guests. The kitchen has been renovated recently and offers a spacious and well equipped food preparation area. Breathtaking Beachfront Views the views are constantly changing due to the oceans proximity however the aquamarine water and clean, sugar sandy beach views remain at the heart of this villas appeal. Nestled among Palms & Sea Grape The villa is protected by the mature palms and sea grape offering privacy and shade. Housekeeping Services There is a housekeeping service offered as part of the rental from Monday to Friday. Minimum Rental Period Generally villas on Palm Island will require a 4 day minimum booking. Bikes Are available for guests at the Palm Island Resort but are not normally available for rental to external guests however they can be rented from a company on nearby Union Island for the duration of your stay. Shopping Palm Island has only a souvenir shop. Palm Island Pre-Provisioning Service We can arrange for groceries to be ordered and pre-delivered to your villa. Guests will be expected to pay for groceries upon arrival at The Villa. There will be a standard charge of 85 EC for transport to The Island + the cost of the groceries + 20% service charge. Meal Preparation Smokehouse keepers are prepared to offer a meal preparation service for guests, at a charge of around 25 USD per day, please ask the team for details. Dining The Sunset Restaurant is available on Palm Island for villa guests. This is quite informal and not always open out of season so please check with the team for details. The Palm Island Resort does have the Royal Palm Restaurant and Sunset Grill which may be available for villa guests, please ask the team for details. As this is an all inclusive resort guests will be expected to provide credit card details as the staff are not used to handling cash. Water Guests should not drink from the water tank at each villa, mineral water is recommended for drinking. Transport to Union The return fare in a water taxi to Union Island is 100 USD for up to 6 guests. Tipping 10% of the overall rental fee would be recommended as a tip which would be given to the Housekeeper at the end of guests stay.
