The perfect home base to explore the Peninsula- right on the doorstep of Peninsula Hot Springs, St Andrews Beach Brewery and many of the region’s famous golf courses. Award winning wineries throughout the Peninsula hinterland are only a short drive away.
Tucked away in a quiet location within walking distance to the back beaches, this beautiful light filled, modern home is the perfect beach side retreat for the whole family.
High ceilings throughout the living and dining areas, make this home feel bright and airy all year round. The home is perfect getaway for a large family or two smaller ones, with plenty of space for all to stretch out and relax. Ducted heating throughout makes this home a cozy destination for the cooler months and air-conditioning is available for those long hot summer days.
A spacious fully equipped entertainers kitchen can also be found on off the first living area.
The Master bedroom with King bed can be found at the front of the home with ensuite attached.
Follow the hallway towards the back of the home, where you will find a further two bedrooms, both with 2 single beds in each , along with family bathroom (with bath) and laundry.
A further 4th bedroom can be found off the second living area with Queen bed.
Wifi, Netflix and BBQ available for guest use also.
Please note, linen and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for an additional fee.
