Positive: The location and room were good, but be warned about the “flat-screen TV” – it’s only 14 inches and mounts high on the wall, making it virtually useless. However, my main issue was with the owner's attitude. While brushing my teeth, I accidentally bumped into the bathroom shelf with my hand. The glass shelf was poorly secured on that side, with a loose, corroded screw, which detached from the wall, and the shelf fell and broke. The owner insisted that we pay $20 for the damage. If the shelf had been properly fixed, it wouldn't have budged
