This well-appointed pool home is great for families or a relaxing get-away. You will enjoy the heated pool during the cool Florida months of October through May.
PARTIES NOT ALLOWED IN HOME. Entertaining small groups of friends and/or family must be REQUESTED IN WRITING via email to the owner and additional damage deposit may be required. Confirmation from the owner will be sent via email.

POOL: The screened in pool/patio is perfect for enjoying an afternoon in the sun or your evening meal. Some floats and pool toys are available.
GUEST CAPACITY: A MAXIMUM of 8 guests unless approved by the owner.
PETS: Small to medium size dogs are welcome. Dogs over 30 pounds may require an additional fee. A pet agreement will be sent. No other pets allowed. No cats.
DECOR: Wonderful art from around the world brings life and a personal touch to every room. Again, this is a home that is used by the owner when she is not traveling, so you will find the warmth of a few family photos which truly separate this home from hotels and the uninspired rental homes. Enjoy, relax, and create memories!
LOCATION: The town of Cutler Bay is in the southern end of Miami-Dade County. This location is a favorite for weddings at Palmetto Bay’s Deering Estates and other locations on The Bay. The home is close to “Old Cutler Road” which offers a lovely scenic 20-minute drive to South Miami, Coral Gables, and Coconut Grove. Miami Airport is around 40 minutes and South Beach or Key Largo are 45 plus minutes. Rush hour traffic not factored into these travel times.
