Summary: We have stayed at Summer Spell many times in the past. We love the location and affordability being just across the service road from the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. While the condo was perfect, clean and well stocked, we were not pleased with the amount of noise in the complex. There were kids everywhere, out in the pool and hot tub until almost midnight and one night until 2am!! Whoever was above us on the third floor was jumping and banging all night long. Not what we are used to at Summer Spell. But again, to reiterate, the condo was great! The only complaint was a very uncomfortable couch. Great condo for the money! Thanks to the owners.
