The first floor features an open layout and warm knotty pine ceilings throughout the entire house. Cozy up next to the wood burning fireplace and watch your favorite movie on the large flat screen TV with Apple TV.
Remodel is complete with seating for 7 plus 5 around the expansive center island, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave and washer & dryer in the utility room. Step out to the covered backyard patio area and enjoy a soak in the hot tub under the stars after a day of outdoor activity.
The first floor Master with attached bathroom offers a king-size bed, flat screen TV with Apple TV, and Blu-Ray/DVD player.
The upstairs features a game room with a pool table, a large flat screen TV with Apple TV, and a Blu-Ray/DVD player. Sliding glass doors allow the game room festivities to flow out onto the second-floor balcony. A sleeper sofa in the game room provides for additional accommodation.
