Summit Oaks Manor boasts gorgeous outdoor spaces where guests can make the most of their stunning surroundings. The upper deck features a gas fireplace, perfect for staying cozy under the star-filled Georgia skies, while the lower deck is complete with ample outdoor seating and a grill for BBQ dinners. Back inside, the open kitchen is a chef’s dream with its stainless steel appliances, full suite of cookware, and large kitchen island with barstool seating. The home has a quaint breakfast nook just off the kitchen, as well as a formal dining space under a stunning light fixture. Plus, the home has even more areas to enjoy like the card room and intimate sitting room, both with tons of windows overlooking the beautiful property.
This home sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms, 3 of which have their own ensuite bathroom, large closet, and ceiling fan. The 4th does not have an attached bath.
Bedroom #1 has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Bedrooms #2 & #3 each have a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #4 is also King Size bed located on the other side of the game room and does not have an ensuite bathroom

A parking pass will be provided to each vehicle as long as the names are provided within 72 hours of arrival. The home's driveway can accommodate up to 3 cars.

To ensure access to the Big Canoe community, it is essential to provide the names of all guests to the Guest Service and Local management team no later than 48 hours before your arrival.

Our Hot tub fees are included in our pricing - no additional hot tub fees for our properties. You will have a fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, some properties offer both Keurig/Drip combo, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans.
Our Basic Provisions:
Include all linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-wash cloth PER person, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, streaming smart TV, internet, and propane grill or both charcoal and gas. (Some properties have more) Please pick up after your pet at pet friendly properties.
In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags), Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads), Laundry Detergent (1 load), and some Dishwashing Soap.
Returning Guests are considered VIPs….(when available) we offer free Early check in or Late check out - ask local management team. All trash must be properly bagged or charged a fine. Please abide by all the rules and be courteous of neighbors. If need be management reserves the right to and can evict rowdy/unruly guests on behalf of our owners. However, we have not had to do so yet!
