Living area has soaring, wood-beamed ceiling, large flat-screen TV, DVD and Bose entertainment speaker system plus comfy seating area with sectional sofa AND loveseat, contemporary southwestern decor and deck overlooking the River and downtown just a steps away.
Enjoy entertaining in the fully equipped kitchen complete with every imaginable appliance plus beautiful stoneware and serving aplenty. Breakfast bar has four (4) leather barstools and rustic dining table that comfortably seats six. You can conveniently access the kitchen and living room from the 2nd floor exterior entrance.
Mosey downstairs to all three bedrooms on located on the lower, entry level. Master bedroom with king-size bed, bright bold colors, flat-screen TV along with soothing sounds of the River below await you here.
