Positive: Spacious balcony with nice views.
Negative: Loud reconstructions outside, just under the apartment. It was impossible to stay inside when demolition hammers were at work, starting mostly at 8am on working days. Wash-basin in bathroom had very low pressure and only cold water. Also flushing the toilet didn't always work, so we had to use the bucket. In my opinion there were too many decorations in the apartment, just collecting the dust, but this is a matter of personal taste.
