This quaint, vintage cottage is nestled on a very private lot with an enchanting little creek running through it! Only steps away from Okanagan Lake, Peach Orchard Park/ Water park, public boat launch, lakeside paths & gorgeous public beaches!! You'll be a 15 minute bike ride into town or 5 minutes by car. 15 minute drive to Penticton. The cottage offers all the conveniences including A/C & is clean & cozy. The kitchen is fully stocked, dishwasher & washer/dryer. 2 bedrooms, one queen & 2 twin beds, with top of the line beds, for a great nights rest after a tough day on the beach! Hotel grade linens provided & 1 bathroom with a shower stall. Free wifi, cable & smart TV. Enjoy the beautiful cool patio on very hot days, to lounge & relax with a glass of wine from one of the many Vineyards in Summerland, BBQ, & take in the beautiful grounds and incredible creek.
