If you are planning that St Augustine Beach vacation then you need to pick the right place to stay within your budget, you shouldn’t look any further than our ocean front/beach front condo at Summerhouse. Summerhouse has everything you need to have the vacation of your dreams, with 4 heated pools (in winter), tennis courts, shuffleboard, playgrounds, gym, racquetball courts, private beach access and so much more. Use the computer in the clubhouse if you like, grill out and picnic on the grounds, or play cards in the game room. There`s something for all ages here, and the best part is Crescent Beach, just yards from your door.
This established vacation rental split-level condo features large sliding glass doors exiting out onto the balcony with a direct unobstructed view of the beach and the ocean. With two bedrooms and two full baths upstairs and plenty of living space downstairs, you have lots of room to relax and enjoy the space. Master Bedroom features a king size bed and the guest rooms has two twin beds.Bedrooms feature all linens and tvs. Cook a fabulous meal in our full equipped kitchen and catch a cup of joe on the oceanfront balcony.
The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:
* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes
Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.

Summary: We have been coming to summerhouse for 6 years now and we love it! This condo was clean and exactly as advertised. The view was great and the weather was fabulous! We did have an issue with the door unlocking but once we figured out you have to pull the door towards you and then put the code in and wait for it to unlock it worked just fine! Thanks for a great trip!
