The soft sounds of the ocean surf and gentle ocean breeze will welcome your mornings and evenings in this exquisite townhome. It is located just a few steps from the beach, and from a heated pool (one of four). You can enjoy the tennis courts, racquet and pickle ball courts. This two-story, 2 bedroom, 2 and a half bath townhouse with free WIFI and internet TV sleeps 6 comfortably and is newly remodeled throughout. This unit has just been placed into rental, having been a private home up to now. The kitchen has been modified to an open floor plan and is well equipped with everything you might need for preparing meals or entertaining. It overlooks the dining area which has seating for six. The coastal-influenced living room has all new furniture which includes a love seat and queen sofa sleeper. The 60" flat screen smart TV with blu-ray player gives you access to cable channels, and your Netflix, Vudu, Hulu, etc. subscriptions. Upstairs you will find a convenient laundry area as well as the guest and master bedrooms which are both comfortably furnished with new beds. The master bedroom, with en suite bath, includes a pillow top king bed, 2 nightstands with reading lamps, a dresser and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has two twin beds, night stand with a reading lamp, dresser and a flat screen smart TV. sec The second bath is located right outside the 2nd bedroom. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the living room. Not only do you have a beautifully decorated and furnished condo inside, but you have a stunning patio with oceanfront views of the Atlantic outside. Enjoy a quiet breakfast or dinner with the casual seating provided. The owners have provided beach chairs and a frisbee for you to enjoy. It’s a short 15 minute drive to downtown Old St. Augustine, and minutes to Marineland, yet you're living on a quiet beach. Hope you love it; we try our best!.
