Wake to the sounds of waves hitting the sand in this lovely condo that was completely renovated in 2019. Everything is brand new! This two story, 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhouse sleeps 6 comfortably. The unit is equipped with private high-speed internet. Enjoy ocean views from every room in this end unit with large windows. You can sit back, relax and enjoy the view. We are located in a wonderful complex that is just north of the Matanzas Inlet. There is so much to do here!!!!! For the ocean lovers, you are just steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches on the East coast. Enjoy swimming, surfing, sunning, walking, or surf fishing. There are four, ocean view, pools ( heated in winter), six tennis courts, four courts for racket ball, two basketball courts, pickle ball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, a workout room and playgrounds for the kids. Or, you can just sit on your balcony, which overlooks one of the pools, and enjoy the ocean view. Just a short drive north is the Golf Hall of Fame and there are many golf courses in the area. Summerhouse 115 is bright and airy. The kitchen is fully equipped and has new large, as well as, small appliances. There is plenty cabinet and freezer storage. The dining table seats 6 and is perfect for meals, game night or a game of cards. The living area has comfortable furniture along with a 65 inch LED SMART TV. The queen sofa bed has a deluxe mattress and sleep system. There is a half bath on the main floor. Head upstairs where you will find two beautiful and comfortable bedrooms with gorgeous en suite baths. The master has a king bed that any MERMAID would adore!! The 55 inch LED SMART TV is perfect for movies. Or maybe you just want to open the picture window and let the waves and ocean breeze relax you....and may I say again....THE VIEWS ARE AMAZING!!! The GUEST room has a queen bed and is equipped with a 43 inch LED SMART TV. Both bedrooms have totally updated baths with beautiful tile showers. Also upstairs, is a washer/dryer for your convenience. St Augustine and St Augustine Beach is full of history, fabulous restaurants, shops and nightlife. Explore the Fort and the Old City or the Fort Matanzas National Monument. Or perhaps you want to shop the outlet malls and city and boutique shops before heading to one of the area great seafood restaurants.
