Summer Haven South Unit D – This beautiful remodeled town home is located in Destin's gorgeous Miramar Beach! This property is a 4 bedroom 3.5 bath tastefully decorated townhome. You are right on the sugar white sand beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The ground floor twin bedroom and the living area both have sliding glass door which lead to gulf front balconies, and steps down to the beach. Just step out your back door and right into the sand! The warm cozy interior of the home gives a beachy vibe while also offering the best in modern appliances and furnishings. Summer Haven D has ample space, beautiful decorations, and views that will take your breath away. This unit consists of 2 bedrooms on the main floor, the living room and kitchen on the second floor, and the remaining two bedrooms on the third floor. Upon entering the property, guests will take an immediate left into the ground floor Queen bedroom with a flat screen TV, and a private seating area. This bedroom also has a Full size bunk bed for the kids or additional guests. Walk through a passage way and you enter the ground floor Twin bedroom. This room has a TV, its own private bath with a stand up shower, and with Gulf views with a sliding glass door which leads to the beachfront balcony! Plenty of seating and a small table and grill are available on the first floor balcony. Head up the stairs to the second floor living area. The living room has beautiful leather couches, brand new furniture throughout, and a large flat screen TV. You have Gulf views from the living room along with balcony access. This balcony has a fairly large table if you would like to enjoy a meal while taking in the spectacular views. Beyond the living room is a dining room with enough seating for the whole family along with bar seating as well. Directly behind the dining room is your completely remodeled kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, and beautiful granite countertops. Directly behind the kitchen is the laundry room equipped with a brand new high efficiency washer and dryer. There’s a shared hall bath for the living areas near the stairs. Head up to the third floor to find the two remaining bedrooms. Both rooms have King size beds with their own private baths! The north side bedroom has a full bath tub, and a flat screen TV. The master bedroom suite has amazing Gulf views, a large flat screen TV, and a larger bathroom with a walk-in shower. First Floor: Queen bedroom w/ Full Bunk, Two Twin bedroom with gulf views, full bath, and deck access Second Floor: Living room, dining room, kitchen, and half bath. Third Floor: Gulf-side king bedroom with full bath, King bedroom with full bath *Allotted parking for two cars at the unit.
