This 4 bedroom, single family home is perfect for a family vacation. Sleeps 9 comfortably with 4 bedrooms, King bed, King bed, Queen Bed, and Full bed. Plus a day bed in the upstairs landing. 3 full bathrooms to fit your large family. This home is less than half a mile to the Publix grocery store & restaurants. Less than 1 mile to the beach access and Carolina Beach Boardwalk! Enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch, hang out and play games under the house with tons of seating, or grill on the back porch. This house is in a nice neighborhood slightly removed from the hustle and bustle, allowing rest and relaxation during your vacation! Kitchen is fully stocked, including both Keurig and regular drip coffee pots. All the pots, pans, dishes you could need to cook a full Holiday dinner OR a steam pot for a great seafood feast.
The cleaning fee includes towels and linens for your stay, however you will want to bring your own beach / pool towels.
While we do provide some items to get you started, here is a list of a few other things we want to remind you to bring:

Summary: Overall, Summer Salt was great and we do intend to stay there again. There were several items needing repair and a thorough cleaning and all was reported to the property manager. The golf cart was great and allowed us to travel the island and make it to the beach easily. Close to Publix, local restaurants and boardwalk.
