Summers Edge is a professionally designed home boasting gorgeous furnishings and modern electronics including smart TV's, and highspeed wifi making it an ideal space for discerning travelers seeking comfort and convenience while on vacation. Guests will also enjoy plentiful living space on the main level and second floor, as well as a back patio that backs up to the state park. An array of additional features in addition to the unique floorplan, this home-away-from-home is certainly a step above the average vacation rental!
The gourmet kitchen features quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, plus all the cookware, dishware, utensils and small appliances needed to prepare a culinary masterpiece. Eat breakfast at the bar right off the kitchen and enjoy your supper while watching the sky change from tranquil blue to fiery pink from your gorgeous dining room table with enough room to seat 6! The back deck offers a Green Egg charcoal grill! Gorgeous bedrooms accommodate 8 guests with 1 king bed in the master, 1 king bed in the second bedroom, and 2 queen beds in the third bedroom. There are two full bathrooms and one half bath.
Our home is located just off Perdido Beach Blvd, only a 8 minute-walk away from the soft white-quartz sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Beach access is privately deeded with a crosswalk walk light for safety when crossing the street. During your stay, you can have fun in our community pool or at Gulf State Park. A charming bridge in our neighborhood connects directly to Gulf State Park that includes over 25 miles of trails for walking, running or biking. Beach Bike Rentals is located at the entrance of the neighborhood! Want to bring or rent a golf cart? The home is equipped with a driveway shelter to keep your golf cart and bikes dry and out of the sun. Summers Edge offers room for 3 cars!
