A wide front porch welcomes guests arriving at this 2-story bungalow. The spacious combined living, dining, and kitchen areas exude relaxed, coastal luxury. Elegant furniture, consisting of a soft sleeper sofa, loveseat, and armchairs, forms an intimate seating area around the 47” TV. In the kitchen, high-end appliances and granite countertops make cooking a joyful experience. Thanks to the open floor plan and seating for 4 at the breakfast bar, the family chef can easily chat with friends and family—or share a bottle of wine chilled in the cooler—while dinner simmers in the background.
