Summary: There were several disappointments with this property. Here is a summary:1. Most windows did not have closing wands for the blinds which meant no way to close them for privacy.2. The shower head at the primary suite is old and leaky.3. The floor is rough at the bar area.4. There was no channel guide for the TV.5. The bikes were not where they were supposed to be and we couldn't find them until the 2nd day.6. The gym passes were missing and we notified the property manager on the first day. The passes were not provided until the 3rd day (out of a 4 day stay). We should get a credit for not having access for 2 days.7. In my opinion, the exterior needs to be repainted. It is very faded and worn.
