This first floor accommodation includes three bedrooms, 2 bathroom, and a laundry room. Your patio opens to a paved walkway to the beachfront pools and a boardwalk to the beach where your umbrella and beach chairs are set up for you (March 1 – October 31). You get two sets of beach chairs and umbrella daily. Accommodating up to 8 people, Summer Place #107 meets every vacation desire. With sugar white beach and plenty of amenities, this beautiful vacation rental would be a fantastic setting for your next trip to the beach.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. We take a family trip to the beach each year. This condo was the cleanest one we have ever stayed in. At first we were a little leery about staying at a ground floor unit. We could see the water from our patio. The teens loved the pool & hot tub right outside our door. The beach was literally just steps away. Beach service included 4 chairs & 2 umbrellas. Since it is a smaller building it was nice to get front row every day. The condo had everything we needed. We ate breakfast & lunch in the condo every day & went out for dinner. Kyle was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend staying there!
