Lovely well maintained home with 100 feet of prime Okanagan lake front. A great location - relatively close to town, close to the Pub, a short walk to Paddlewheel Park and the Yacht Club. Maturely landscaped and with a beautiful fully fenced back yard. Home has had many recent upgrades and shows well. All on one level, easy access for those with mobility issues. Huge outdoor area for the kids. Well behaved pets considered.

Summary: The property was well equipped, and its location was very convenient for reaching beaches, tennis courts and shopping. Beautiful evenings eating dinner on the deck in the sun and the shade. We had a wonderful holiday there. And the owner was extremely helpful, accommodating and in touch as needed.
