Point Pleasant Beach home, clean and modern. Close proximity to beach(.9 miles),restaurants, boardwalk and inlet. Great rental for families with children. 4 beach badges included! Comfortably sleeps 8 people, 3 bedrooms and a pullout sofa in the living room. Sun room with couches, tv and dining table.Brand new kitchen that is fully equipped and has new appliances. Private fenced yard with an outdoor grill, propane fire pit and patio furniture. There is ample parking in the driveway and two street parking passes are available upon request(only can be used for parking in front of the house not near the beach) TV's are located in every bedroom. The living room has a gas fireplace. Living room and sunroom have Smart TV's Utilities included, no pets allowed(Sorry NO exceptions). All bed linens and towels are included. Professional cleaning service used to disinfect in between guests.

Summary: This property was beautiful, clean and spacious providing all the comforts of home while away. The kitchen was amazing and large enough to prepare meals for the family. It was also so great to have a dishwasher and washer/dryer. A huge bonus was the comfortable beds which we’ve never had at a beach house before. The owner also provided so many great recommendations of places to eat and go which was greatly appreciated! All of the recommendations were spot on. In general the house was just really great. The perfect home away from home with a kind, responsive host. Can’t wait to stay again 🙂
