The finca 'El Prat' is a Majorcan stone house on a 1000 m² plot in rural surroundings amidst numerous gardens with orange & lemon trees. The swimming pool with exterior shower offers you the desired refreshment in summer.
In front of the house, under the covered patio area & on the terrace near the pool you will find enough tables & chairs, set to small ensembles, for your use. Sun lounger invite to relax and parasols offer the required shade.
The ideal occupancy for the house is with 6 person. The street to the house is still far enough away so that there is no traffic to be heard. The slightly narrow entrance to the property is accessible for small cars (max. VW Golf). Larger vehicles must be parked on the street (approximately 100 m away).
A lane to the plot located above the El Prat is used at times by the owner when he needs to water the trees.

Summary: We stayed at the finca for 8 nights with our adult children. Having stayed in Mallorca for over 20 years, we all agreed this is the nicest property. It has the most beautiful gardens and pool area with views of the mountains. Soller is accessible on foot around 15-20 minutes walk. The kitchen is super well equipped and the beds are comfortable. The showers and bathrooms are great. We ate twice at La Tranuntana which is reasonably priced and does great grilled fish.Uli was very kind and helpful to us. We would love to return! Thanks for a wonderful holiday
