**Please Note: Summer House is undergoing an exterior renovation. Construction noise, lifts, north railing barriers, and limited parking are expected from 6/1/24 to 8/18/24 for exterior painting and stucco and framing work on the north side of the building. This work will begin at 8am Monday - Saturday, and some Sundays. Due to limited parking, you may be required to park in the overflow lot across the street. No construction entry will be needed inside since they are just painting the exterior during this time and all pools will be open. The outdoor pool will be closed beginning August 19th and will more than likely remain closed for the duration of the project which will be completed in May 2025. The remaining exterior renovation work will be completed outside of this timeframe and no rentals will be allowed.**
Summer House 901A, AKA Riptide Beach Escape, is a 9th floor beachfront 3BR/2BA corner unit at Summer House that sleeps 6-8 guests comfortably. This condo has a king in the master bedroom, queen in the second bedroom, two twin beds in the third bedroom, plus a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room.

Summary: The condo was super clean, beautifully decorated, spacious and welcoming. The kitchen is well equipped with settings for 10+, blender, nice pans and most anything needed to cook up a nice meal. Fully working appliances and everything was fully functional. The balcony is awesome, with lovely patio furniture. Comfortable beds and quality bedding. Definitely on my top favs. Close to the beach and Walmart is just across the street. Thank you for a fun and relaxing stay. Just what we needed for a recharge and we are already planning on our next trip to our favorite place.
