Our home is ideal for families and groups, with sleeping space for up to 8 guests. Soak up the sun and relax, hang with family and friends, cool off in the pool, and spend the day enjoying all the fun the city has to offer- you're on vacation!

Our beautiful home is located in a convenient location with access to 101 freeway nearby. 5 min drive to State Farm Stadium! Peoria Sports Complex and TopGolf are both just a quick 10 min drive, and Wet and Wild Water Park is only 15 minutes away as well. We’re centrally located near all the West side of Phoenix activities. We’re just minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and other activities while being tucked away in a quiet and calm neighborhood, offering the best of both worlds.

-The pool heater takes up 1 day to heat up to standard warmth
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
-For your safety and security reasons many (but not all) of our homes have motion detectors and a security system, as well as exterior cameras.
-Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. We potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine the damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
