A conveniently located kitchenette with a refrigerator and freestanding ice maker is the perfect place to refresh cocktails. It joins the balcony with immediate access to the private pool and sitting spa. Your private beach access is just steps away and just beyond the dunes and sea oats, lie the sugar-white sands and turquoise water of the Gulf.
The second floor is the heart and soul of the home. The chef’s kitchen features premium stainless appliances, including a Sub-Zero fridge, a Wolf 6-burner gas range, and marble countertops. The kitchen opens onto the dining area with table seating for 10, bar seating for 5, and wet bar seating for 4. Adjacent is the living room with an expansive flatscreen TV. Step onto the balcony where you’ll find a grilling area and dining seating. This floor is also home to 2 guest bedrooms.
