This cozy one-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage at the north end of the island that sleeps two is perfect for a private, romantic getaway for you and your sweetheart, or even a solo island getaway. The waterfront home faces the canal for unbeatable views! Enjoy the tranquil north end of the while remaining within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants.
The living space features a leather couch with chaise and TV. The kitchen is steps away and with a table for two.
The bedroom includes a queen bed and TV and is outfitted in crisp linens with plush towels in the bathroom from our professional linen service. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.
The lovely backyard shares a dock on a canal with the two other cottages on the property. Three single kayaks and two double kayaks are available for the guests to explore the canal and waterways. When ready to relax, a variety of chairs and loungers as well as comfortable hammocks are available. There's also a full patio dining set and gas grill for enjoying your meal al-fresco.
Summer Breeze is a dog friendly property! If you have added a pet to your reservation under number of pets, the fee of $150 per dog plus tax has been added to your reservation total. ** 2 Dog Limit **
