Enjoy the beautiful view of the gulf from this cozy condo. The unique location of Summer Breeze makes it a fun place to enjoy a relaxing time at the beach. The unit is professionally decorated, keeping in mind that families will be our guests, and that your comfort is our number one priority. This unit has all of the amenities that you would expect at an affordable price. It has a king bed in the master and 2 queen beds in the guest bedroom. The area features numerous gourmet restaurants with in easy walking distance from your condo front door. There is access to marinas, grocery stores, fishing under the bridge, off the jetty, shelling, parasailing, amusement parks for the kids with and arcade, and many other attractions too numerous to mention. Amenities: SUMMER BREEZE IS A SMALL CONDO COMPLEX WITH A PRIVATE FEEL. The location, complex and condo give you the feel of simpler days when there were not so many high rises lining the beach. We are located on a very quiet end of the beach close to the pass.The Master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath. The Guest bedroom 2 queen size beds. Walkways are shaded around the units and boarded walkway to the beach. The unit is electrically heated and air conditioned, 3 color TVs with cable, DVD players, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, refrigerator/Freezer/ Ice maker, Full size Range. Laundry with full-sized washer/dryer.
