Located on Scenic Gulf Drive, Summer Breeze 108 aka "The Blue Water Dream" is centrally located on the sugary white sands of the Emerald Coast. This first floor unit is perfect for couples or small families providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 6. The private balcony is perfect is enjoying the sea breezes and watching the kids play in the pool. You have two great options to enjoy your day outdoors! You are just steps away from the private pool or the beautiful sugar white beaches located directly across from the condo. The pool has plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas and a hot tub. The close beach access offers a great day at the beach, walking the shoreline or just sitting in your beach chair enjoying the sun.
The master bedroom is well decorated with a queen bed and attached bathroom. Two built-in twin bunks are conveniently located in a private hallway with an attached privacy door. Finally, there is a full-size pull-out sofa located in the living area. The kitchen sits right off the living and dining room so you can chat with the family as you whip up a meal. The complex also offers charcoal grills, a washer/dryer, and internet service for the entire complex.
There is plenty of shopping nearby such as Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall and Grand Boulevard. Some of the favorite local restaurants include Pompano Joe's which you can walk to right across the street, Crab Trap, Capt' Dave's, Cantina Laredo, or Miller's Ale House. You can also drive to the Harbor Walk in Destin and see all the local fresh fish caught by the charter boats!
