DETAILS: Blu Manor is a lovely 1-bedroom-with-Loft, 1-bathroom Rosemary Beach Carriage House that
sleeps 4. Located south of 30A, Blu Manor is steps from Rosemary’s Coquina Pool, beach
access, restaurants, the Rosemary Beach Racquet Club, and shopping.
The Carriage House is professionally decorated in navy blue and white and has a balcony
overlooking the neighborhood. A kitchenette provides everything hungry guests need and seats
3 at a dine-in island. A comfortable living area is designed with conversation in mind. Guests
can sit back, relax in a collection of armchairs, and watch their favorite shows on a large flat-
screen TV. Hidden behind a pocket door and curtain is a guest bedroom with a queen bed and
a bathroom with a shower.
A spiral stair leads up to a spacious loft with a king bed and an adorable cushioned window
seat.
Guests can easily explore Rosemary Beach and 30A’s bike path on 2 included adult bikes.
