ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
The main house has a winter chalet look throughout, with a log burner fireplace in the lounge for the perfect ambience through the cooler winter months. Switch to summer, and this convenient location has an abundance of options to choose; cross the road to the hugely popular walking and bike tracks that contour around Lake Wakatipu.
The marina is a short walk along the lake front where you can park your boat, hire watercraft or enjoy a guided boat tour or jetboat experience. A bus stop is just a 2 minute walk away, with regular buses in and out from the CBD, or utilise one of the 4 convenient private car parking spaces as your base for exploring the southern lakes.
Behind the main house sits two new contemporary apartments; Views 1 and Views 2. Both apartments provide lake views and added privacy. The large courtyard sits in all day sun, with an alfresco dining area perfect for gathering with loved ones between the front house and apartments to enjoy your own après ski.Entertaining is made easy 365 days a year, with a private hot tub, BBQs, a fire pit and plenty of space for outdoor dining.

Bedroom 2 also includes its own private entrance, TV, and a shared bathroom with the Master bedroom.
Bedroom 3 / Attic = 1x Queen bed (note that this room is an upstairs attic style bedroom off the main living space, this bedroom does not have access to its own bathroom and must share with either Bedroom 4 or the Master.
Bedroom 4 = 1 x Queen bed + ensuite bathroom, TV, private entrance and work desk.
Rear Apartments – Views 1 and Views 2
Bedroom 5 = 1 x King (2 singles upon request)
Bedroom 6 = 1 x King (2 singles upon request)

PRIVACY ACT:
The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purpose.

- For reservations that are outside of 14 days to arrival will only require a 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance is then due 14 days prior to arrival.
